APPLICATION FOR AFFILIATION

We, the General Federation ofIndependent Trade Unions in Palestine of Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Nuzha SL, Green Tower building, 2nd floor, de clare that we are a democratic, independent and representative national trade union organisation. We have read the Constitution of the ITUC and we accept the aims set out therein.

We hereby apply to the International Trade Union Confederation for affiliation.

We note that our membership is conditional upon fulfilment of the obligations laid down in the Constitution of the ITUC. We agree to accept the responsibilities of an affiliated organisation.

We have noted the provision in Article XXXII of the Constitution about the
affiliation fees, and. the decisions thereon of the General Council.

The paying membership of our organisation as at 31/12/2012 is 19,600 members.

Nous, les syndicats Fédération générale of Independent commerce en Palestine de la Palestine, Ramallah, Al - Nuzha SL, bâtiment Tour Verte , 2ème étage, déclare que nous sommes une organisation syndicale démocratique, indépendante et représentative. Nous avons lu la Constitution de la CSI et nous acceptons les objectifs qui y sont énoncés.

Nous demandons par la présente à la Confédération syndicale internationale notre affiliation.

Nous notons que notre adhésion est subordonnée à l’accomplissement des obligations prévues dans la Constitution de la CSI. Nous sommes d’accord pour accepter les responsabilités d’une organisation affiliée.

Nous avons pris note de la disposition de l’article XXXII de la Constitution au sujet de la frais d’affiliation, et les décisions y afférentes du Conseil général.

La composition de payer de notre organisation au 31/12/2012 est 19.600 membres.
